NJ BARRINGTON — Barrington Planning Board approves cannabis ordinance expansion in two unanimous votes. The board determined Ordinance 1231 consistent with the borough master plan and passed Ordinance 1232 permitting Cannabis Class 3 use in addition to the existing Class 5 designation, with all eight members voting yes. In related action, the board approved a five-month extension to July 3 for a subdivision at 301 Tavistock Block 127.06 due to stormwater management delays, and granted minor site plan approval for roof-mounted solar panels at 1 Commerce Drive.
Resident Michael Burk requested assistance with a pedestrian bridge at White Horse Pike and Highland Avenue; Mayor Hanson agreed to coordinate with neighboring Haddon Heights on a Department of Transportation letter.
