Planning Board approves housing plan, reorganizes board

NJ BARRINGTON — Planning Board approves housing element amendment and reorganizes. The board voted 7 to 0 with 1 abstention to approve amendments to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan with increased affordable housing units, with Dan Levon of Aquativity Services presenting the revisions for the borough. In reorganization elections, the board elected John Rink as Chairperson, Karen Cilurso as Vice-Chairperson, and Carol Fultano as Recording Secretary, and appointed Michael Ierino Esq. as Solicitor and Jeff Hanson of Environmental Resolution, Inc. as Planning Board Engineer.

The board also approved a Dollar Tree resolution for the site at Block 17, Lot 1 with five members voting in favor.
